We were particularly impressed with the robust nature of the units and in particular the belt design. Having satisfied ourselves with the reliability of the units, we purchased 2 more Skimmers later the same year, to fit to the heated tanks of a de-greasing plant and a further unit in 2003 for a similar application.
We’re now in 2009 and to date we have not had to replace a single belt, and there are minimal signs of wear. We have made quite significant savings on skimmer belts over the last 7 years.
