A standard 21 link belt will drop from the underside of the oil skimmer by 400mm.
If an increased drop is required, belt links can be easily added to any length required. For every additional 100mm drop of belt, an additional 4 links will be required.

This is a dual purpose stainless steel mounting platform which raises the skimmer off the process tank by 100mm. This allows a greater gradient for oil to decend down the outlet hose or give greater clearance for a drainage channel. It also provides greater heat separation between the top of the process tank and the skimmer. The construction maintains the integrity of the tank lid to reduce steam losses from the process tank.
